D&S Electrical Contractors, Inc. is a leading commercial electrical contractor in the Pacific Northwest. D&S has been performing commercial electrical work in the region since 1985. Since its inception, D&S has been involved in building a wide range of project types including K-12 and higher education facilities, hospitals, sports arenas, mixed use residential and tenant improvements. Our projects range in volume between $500,000 to $25 million. We are in need of qualified journeyman electricians for multiple school projects in Lewiston, ID. Applicants would be required to at a minimum have a current Journeyman's License with the State of Idaho, an equivalent out of state license will be acceptable. Industrial Journeyman Electrician (Lewiston) Wage: $50.00 - $54.00 DOE

Idaho Forest Group is currently seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team in Lewiston. The successful candidate will install and maintain electrical systems and components throughout mill in optimal working order. Wage: $50.00 - $54.00 DOE Essential Functions: • Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs • Installation, repair and maintenance of electrical components • Diagnose causes of malfunctions • Continually work on preventative maintenance • Ensure inventory of critical spare parts • Assists millwrights in making mechanical repairs as needed • Consistently keep a production level work pace • Other duties as needed Specific job duties and shifts may vary per mill and based on machinery. Wage DOE Qualifications: • Journeyman Electrician License • Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred • Knowledge of PLC's • Knowledge of OSHA and State regulations • Ability to work at varying heights • Own tools • Must be able to work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed • High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment) • Valid Driver’s License As a condition of employment, Idaho Forest Group requires employees to complete a variety of pre-employment screening processes which may include, but are not limited to: criminal background check, drug and substance test, reference check, prior work verification, driving history (MVR), education verification, aptitude/skills testing, and credit checks. The depth of screening will vary based on the position. Physical Requirements: Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations and airborne particles (sawdust). Electrical Apprentice

Successful candidates must be responsible, safety conscious individuals who possess the following qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a high school diploma or certified equivalency • Successful completion of Algebra or Geometry with a C or better grade in high school or college – transcript required as part of application • Have two years continuous full time employment, military service, or higher education • Must be physically capable of performing the work of the trade with or without reasonable accommodation Successful applicants will possess the following attributes: • The ability to work in a hot and humid environment. • The ability to work with and around high-speed equipment. • The ability to work in a high noise area. • The ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Comfortable with heights. • Must be willing and capable of learning and utilizing secondary maintenance skills such as instrumentation and refrigeration. • Able to work overtime as required. Candidates who meet the above minimum qualifications must then pass the on line pre-employment test to advance to the interview. Upon being hired, candidates will complete the Idaho State Electrical Apprentice program to become Journeyman Electrician’s. This program is not designed for those already holding a Journeyman’s license.
