Qualifications: • 3+ years of commercial or service experience • Familiarity with industry tools and equipment. • Ability to travel within the Dayton and Cincinnati footprint. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds. • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude. • Ability to work in all weather conditions. • Preferred: OSHA 10/30, aerial work platform certification, fire alarm license.
