Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist This is a key role within our manufacturing facilities where you will be responsible for the maintenance of all electrical systems, mechanical equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills and experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all machines, equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. • Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic system problems on production equipment and execute the most feasible method of repair. • Assist with installation of all electrical systems throughout the facility and on production equipment. • Perform regular inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems. • Develop and implement procedures for routine maintenance and repair tasks. • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise. Requirements: • Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical Technology or equivalent. • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including experience with AC, DC, low voltage and 480V equipment. • PLC knowledge – programming and troubleshooting. • Ability to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints. • Knowledge of powered conveyor systems, components and repair techniques. • Skilled with welding, fabrication and installing equipment. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
