Job Description 1. Reads and understands blueprints. 2. Assists in modifying or planning new installations to minimize waste of materials and provide access for future maintenance. 3. Prepares sketches showing the location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before the completion of future ceilings, and floorings. 4. Works around hazardous wiring. 5. Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit using rulers, hand tools, power tools. 6. Splices wires using hand tools, soldering equipment, tape or terminal gaps. 7. Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment using hand tools. 8. Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels. 9. Unwinds and pulls cable. 10. Connects power cable to equipment using hand tools. 11. Tests the installed equipment for safety and electrical compatibility. 12. Disassembles defective electrical equipment. 13. May assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and work pieces during installation. 14. Cleans and performs minor maintenance activities on tools and equipment. 15. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. 16. Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with tools and building materials. 17. Must be able to climb vertical ladders and work above ground as necessary. 18. Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools. 19. Safely operates power tools and equipment. 20. Typically requires a minimum of 48 months of industrial construction experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at our data center facilities. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including, but not limited to, medium voltage distribution (12.47kV - 34.5kV), poles, cross arms, cutouts, fuses, circuit breakers, reclosers, switches, switch gear (pad mount), transformers (pad mount), grounding systems, fused disconnects, cables and terminations, conduit, LV panels, breakers, etc. • Perform line work, including overhead and underground installations, to connect mining sites to the electrical grid. • Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, boom lifts, forklifts, augers and other construction vehicles required for electrical line work. • Respond to emergency situations to restore power or address electrical failures. • Collaborate with Safety Director and site personnel to safely and properly energize new sites, establishing a switching order and following all safety protocols. • Perform testing and commissioning on new and existing equipment • Perform other duties as required to support the successful installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure at all Exacore facilities • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to ensure correct installation and alignment. • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to design and implement electrical systems for new mining sites with a focus on timely project completion • Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety regulations. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime. • Document all work performed, including updating diagrams as needed and maintenance records. • Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices as needed. Experience • Apprentice License Texas • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work, with a portion focused on line work and primary distribution infrastructure • Proven experience working with overhead and underground distribution systems. • Experience with industrial electrical installations, particularly in mining or data center environments, is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to travel to various job sites in West Texas as needed.
