Job Summary We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop electrical skills under the guidance of experienced electricians. Duties • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures • Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams • Assist in testing electrical systems using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other testing devices • Gain hands-on experience with low voltage and high voltage systems • Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions • Learn to adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations • Assist in the installation of logic controllers and other electrical components • Participate in renovation projects by assisting in rewiring buildings and upgrading systems • Learn to build electrical systems from schematics using power tools Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Enrolled or completed a relevant technical program or apprenticeship • Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology • Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Compensation Package: • Hourly pay • Overtime pay Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Electrician Helper Responsible for assisting journeyman and apprentices by carrying material, picking up supplies, cleaning shop floor etc. Job Responsibilities • Gathers tools and supplies to be used at work site. • Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit. • Drills holes for wiring and pulls or pushes wiring through opening. • Traces out short circuits in wiring. • Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors. • Performs minor repairs such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches. • Maintains tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order. • Disassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces defective or worn parts, and reassembles equipment. • Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment. • Performs other routine duties. • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
