Electrical Wiring Technician

EFI-Solutions is hiring We're looking for an experienced Electrical Wiring Technician to join our union shop floor in Centralia, IL. If you have industrial electrical experience and want to be part of a team building prefabricated water system solutions that serve communities across North America, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Install and wire electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings • Read and interpret electrical schematics for accurate installation and repair • Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ammeters • Conduct inspections to identify and prevent potential issues • Collaborate with other trades, including frame carpentry, as needed • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards What We're Looking For • Experience with industrial electrical systems and high-voltage work • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Certifications or licenses in electrical work are a plus (but not required) Pay & Schedule • Pay: $23.55–$27.70/hr • Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week, 10-hour day shifts Benefits • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off
