About the position Responsibilities • Wire and install electrical components, switch gear, electrical switches, and electronic instruments and devices, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), data loggers, relays, and breakers. • Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment and make necessary repairs. • Conduct electrical testing and recommend or initiate modifications or replacements of equipment that fails to meet acceptable operating standards. • Work from schematics, diagrams, and written and verbal instructions. • Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components, recording effects on unit performance. Requirements • Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics. • Industrial knowledge of electrical equipment and devices common to the industry. • Understanding of high voltage electrical systems. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment. What will I be doing as a Customer Service Representative? • Provide Customer Service Excellence: Exceeding customer expectations and the commitments that we have made. • Becoming the "go-to" for customer needs, challenges, and requests • Putting a smile on the face of our customers as you partner with the outside sales team to keep them satisfied • Joining forces with vendors to make sure products are delivered on time, every time • Championing corporate marketing initiatives, such as training events and product launches. • Taking advantage of the opportunity to build deeply satisfying relationships internally and externally. As a CSR in the Electrical Supply Industry, you will work hands-on with customers and products, providing customer service excellence, in one or more of these essential areas: • Counter Sales (Front of Store) • Inside Sales • Warehousing • Supporting and Partnering with Outside Sales and Marketing and Communications • Vendor Relations—Incoming and outgoing calls Want to know if you are a good fit?
