What You’ll Do • Installation, testing, and commissioning of new or repaired electrical equipment. • Ensuring all electrical equipment and systems support the operating requirements in all areas including safety, quality, productivity, capacity and reliability daily. • Required to troubleshoot and solve electrical problems safely following safe work practices and using the appropriate tools and personal protective equipment. • Use of the computer maintenance management system for equipment documentation information. What You’ll Bring – Required • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions • High School Diploma or GED • Possess valid driver’s license • Must be at least 18 years of age • 5 years or more of industrial electrician work experience • Required to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). The Wood River Refinery is located in Roxana, Illinois, about 15 miles northeast of St. Louis, Missouri, at the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri rivers. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrocracking, hydrodesulfurization and delayed coking units. The refinery processes a mixture of light, low-sulfur; heavy, high sulfur; and high-acid crude oil. The crude supply is sourced domestically or from Canada. Wood River produces a high percentage of transportation fuels. Other products include petrochemical feedstocks, asphalt and petroleum coke. Refined products are distributed to customers by pipeline, rail car, barge and truck and are shipped to markets throughout the Midcontinent region.
