You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with state and local codes. Key Responsibilities: • Safely plan and complete MPUs, GMAs, battery installs, and other electrical work. • Assemble and install all components of residential solar systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system components. • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, AHJ, and utility requirements. • Maintain neat, code-compliant installations. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process. • Upload job status updates and photos to the company database. • Perform service maintenance and repairs as needed. • Document work through photos and completion reports. • Follow all safe work practices and company policies. Qualifications: Experience: • Minimum 3 years of electrical installation and repair experience. • Experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels. Skills & Abilities: • Valid electrician license required. • Strong knowledge of current NEC codes. • Skilled in conduit bending (EMT) and use of hand/power tools. • Ability to read and interpret single- and three-line drawings. • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. • Clean driving record and ability to pass a driving background check. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50+ pounds. • Comfortable standing, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights. • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed electrical work. • Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor environments. Travel Requirements: • Must be able to travel to job sites as needed. • Valid driver’s license and insurance required. • Must be able to drive a personal or company vehicle.
