Punch Out Technician SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. Responsibilities: The Punch Out Technician role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Daily responsibilities include: • Carpentry and finish work • Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors • Providing project status updates • Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing team • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Knowledge of residential, multi-family and mixed-use property renovations • Experience in carpentry and finish work • Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment • Strong communication skills • Attention to details • Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Preferred: • Knowledge of mechanicals including HVAC, electrical and plumbing Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
