Experience • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals. • Familiarity with cabinet installation, fixture installation, flooring installation, and siding is advantageous. • Experience with water damage restoration techniques is a plus. • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively. • Basic knowledge of plumbing is beneficial but not required. • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with colleagues on-site.
