Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience and will have worked in residential construction or with custom homes. Competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities: • Read and comprehend plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements and instructions. • Perform miscellaneous hands-on tasks across most trades in support of our production partners for the benefit of the project schedule or budget. • Using hand and power tools and ensuring the accuracy of completed work. Rough framing of walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs as well as skill with finishing carpentry tasks. • Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstance. Qualifications: • Must have carpentry experience (2+ Years) and knowledge of new home construction Ability to read and understand Architectural plan sets, blueprints, and drawings. • Technical understanding of residential construction including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices. • General understanding of all trades, including; electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, finish carpentry, and painting experience. • High-end remodel work experience preferred.
