This role is ideal for an individual who excels in wood framing and rough carpentry, and who can also support general remodeling tasks such as trim work, drywall, light electrical/plumbing, flooring, and painting. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, is comfortable reading blueprints, and can confidently direct small crews on-site while maintaining quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety.
