Key Responsibilities • Assist with framing, building, and finishing tasks on residential and commercial projects. • Work under the leadership of senior carpenters while mentoring less experienced teammates. • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to ensure quality and efficiency. • Travel to various project sites as needed. Qualifications • 3+ years of carpentry or framing experience preferred. • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications is a plus. • Strong teamwork mindset with good communication skills. • Willingness to learn new methods and grow into leadership opportunities. • Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding environment. • No formal education or certifications required.
