Job Title: Senior Construction Lead About the Job: This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our construction team, overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities: • Directing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. • Leading a team of construction personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery. • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including progress updates and financial information. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Developing and implementing effective quality control measures, ensuring high-quality results. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. • Providing expert advice and guidance on construction-related matters. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cable construction, preferably in a supervisory or management role. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Familiarity with ACAD and procurement procedures a plus.
