Role Description This is a full-time employee position requiring a minimum of 1 year experience in interior trim carpentry for new home construction. Responsibilities include the installation of interior trim and cabinetry, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adhering to project specifications, and maintaining compliance with IOSHA and OSHA standards. The carpenter will work with site supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule for new home builders in Central Indiana. Qualifications • 1 year minimum experience in interior trim carpentry for new home construction. • Possesses a 12" mitre saw with stand along with basic hand and power tools. • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications. • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Constructs, installs and maintains general building construction and fittings including but not limited to walls, doors, windows, ceilings, shelving and cabinetry.
