Job Description: Responsibilities: • Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction. • Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders. • Coordinate work with subcontractors. • Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged. • Notify the production manager when major problems arise. • Keep the job-site clean. • Protect the customer's property. • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of carpentry experience. • Good working knowledge of all building trades. • The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers. • A valid driver's license, including a good driving record, is also necessary. • Should be available for extended work hours as required. Physical and Work Environment Requirements: • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings) • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
