Job Description: Responsibilities: • Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction. • Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders. • Coordinate work with subcontractors. • Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged. • Notify the production manager when major problems arise. Keep the job-site clean. • Protect the customer's property. • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of carpentry experience. • Good working knowledge of all building trades. • The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements for operating fleet vehicles • Should be available for extended work hours as required.
