Commercial Carpenter

• *Duties:** § 3-5 years of commercial construction experience § Excellent understanding of techniques and methods of installation and construction § Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools § Load and unload construction material and equipment on the jobsite § Perform site clean-up, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials § Construct and take apart scaffolding and other temporary structures § The ability to read and understand blueprints and written specs § Maintain a clean and safe work site while following company rules and procedures § Excitement about working on any shift, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, as hospital construction occurs at all hours § Experience interacting with other trade contractors in answering questions or solving problems/issues that arise in the field § A motivated and driven individual with strong organizational and communication skills § Capable of performing continuous physically demanding work, including lifting 100 lbs. § Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage § Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug test § A desire to stay and grow with a company that will help mentor, train, and educate you Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $37.11 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
