Skilled AND Entry Level Carpenter

We are seeking both entry-level and skilled carpenters to join our construction team, working on custom homes, wood and metal stud framing, acoustical/drop ceilings, finish carpentry, and concrete form projects. As a Carpenter, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality workmanship and contribute to the successful completion of projects. Work locations will vary from Danville to Champaign and the surrounding areas. Job Duties/Responsibilities • Perform various carpentry tasks, including wood and metal stud framing, acoustical/drop ceilings, finish carpentry, and concrete form construction. • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and safety standards. • Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading at job sites. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe working environment. Qualifications • Entry-level candidates: High school diploma or equivalent, with an interest in pursuing a career in carpentry. • Skilled carpenters: A minimum of 1 year of experience in carpentry, with a proven track record of successful project completion. • Familiarity with carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and building codes. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, and working at heights as needed. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites (preferred). Commercial Carpenter

We are looking for competent maintenance and construction person to assist with maintenance in our Apartment Community. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep and repair operations. An excellent maintenance person must be reliable and have a great eye for detail.
