Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Duties • Assist in flooring installation, ensuring proper techniques and materials are used for durability and aesthetics. • Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications. • Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. • Support carpentry work, including trim carpentry and cabinet installation, to enhance the functionality and appearance of spaces. • Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and layouts. • Participate in heavy equipment operation when necessary, following safety protocols at all times. • Help with stucco application as part of finishing processes on buildings. • Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. • Follow all safety guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
