Qualifications • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience in high-end residential or commercial settings. • Expert proficiency in carpentry tools, materials, and advanced installation methods. • Strong ability to interpret detailed construction and millwork documentation. • Detail-oriented with a dedication to delivering top-tier craftsmanship. • Capable of working independently or as part of a team. • Professional communication skills and reliable site presence. • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. • Experience working in mountain or remote environments is a plus. • High school diploma or GED required.
