What You’ll Do • Perform carpentry and restoration work with accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. • Serve as a client-facing representative, providing clear communication and excellent customer service throughout projects. • Apply micro-sales skills to support business development while maintaining a customer-first approach. • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet client expectations. • Assist with operational and sales-related tasks beyond traditional carpentry duties. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yakima, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
