We are looking for Finish Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of finish carpentry experience and capable of working independently or part of a team. The majority of the work will be trim and cabinetry but depending on the stage of the project, the candidate should be willing to help where needed. Having experience with working with solid wood moldings, hardwood flooring, and custom casework is a plus. Basic knowledge of framing helps as well. Successful individuals will be able to work with a high level of accuracy and maintain productivity working in a fast-paced environment. We are a design and build company that offers year-round employment for the right candidates. At the moment we have room to add 1 additional finish carpenter. Teams usually consist of a Lead and apprentice but can change depending on the scope of project and skill required to finish.
