Job Summary We are a residential construction and remodel contractor seeking a skilled framer and finish carpenter. We are based in Loveland and our projects are within 30 minutes of I-25 and Highway 34. We offer competitive compensation and schedule flexibility rarely found in the construction industry. Experience hanging doors and trim. Valid drivers license. Criminal background check. This role requires hands-on experience in construction and the ability to work effectively on-site while collaborating with a diverse team. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as a solid understanding of residential construction. Responsibilities • Layout interior wall and ceiling systems according to plans • Identify load bearing structures • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Communicate effectively with sub-contractors and clients • Demolition, drywall, and painting work as needed. • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Experience Candidates should have experience in the construction industry with a focus on the following areas: • Residential framing • Reading plans • Framing layout • Hanging doors • Basic knowledge of building codes • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools • Heavy lifting experience A background in carpentry, restoration projects, and remodeling is highly desirable. Our focus is on basement finishing and interior remodel. While carpentry will be the primary responsibility, we also sometimes perform drywall, flat work, painting and cabinet installation in house. Candidate must possess the ability to work alone and the physical stamina required for demanding tasks.
