Lead Carpenter

Hourly range will vary depending on candidate's experience • Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team • Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed • Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project • Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly • Ordering all construction materials needed for projects • Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry • Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team • Fabricate custom furniture, involving carpentry, finishes (paint/stain), and laminate • Visit job sites to take measurements and survey existing conditions as well as assist with installations of custom build outs Required Skills: • Candidates with 3-5 years cabinet making/millwork experience is required • Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures. • Excellent time management skills. • Strong leadership skills. • Excellent communication and organization skills. • Desire to work in a fast paced, high growth environment As our Lead Carpenter, you will provide guidance and supervision to the project team involved in projects.
