Minimum Qualifications for Maintenance Specialist: • 2 years work experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing preferred. Heating, painting, maintenance. • All positions require a valid, clean NYS driver’s license with a minimum of one year driving experience with a Class D license. • Physical requirements: lift at least 50 lbs, and walk, stand, push or pull, climb stairs and ladders frequently, bend, carry goods including furniture, supplies and equipment and exert all other medium to heavy physical effort. The consultant will partner with operations functions in defining strategy and associated operating models while managing program execution. What you will do: The Project Manager is responsible for project management and analysis related to multiple strategic work efforts across Data & Regulatory Operations.
