We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team. This role involves a mix of residential and commercial work, including wood and metal framing, sheetrock installation, and finish carpentry. Ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship on a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial job sites • Install wood and metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions • Measure, cut, and hang drywall (sheetrock); tape and prep for finishing • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specs • Install windows, doors, trim, and cabinetry • Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently • Ensure all work meets building codes, plans, and quality standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Collaborate with supervisors and other trades as needed Qualifications: • 2+ years of carpentry experience (commercial and/or residential) • Proficient in wood and metal framing, drywall hanging, and finish work • Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods • Ability to read and understand plans, layouts, and measurements • Reliable transportation and basic tool set required • OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
