Job Description The Director of Educational Facilities oversees the coordination, management, and execution of the non-capacity Capital Improvement Program to ensure optimal results for all facilities. The Director (in collaboration with the Director of Capital Programs, Planning, and Design) assists in the formulation and administration of the Capital Improvement Program budget. The Director is responsible for the internal controls process of all Capital Improvement Program funds for non-capacity projects (to include order placement and invoice payments).
