Shift: Mon- Fri, 6AM-2:30PM, OT Available Pay: $18-25 an hour, Based on Experience Location: Facility located in Berwick PA, Job Description • Cut, fit, and then install baseboard, door & window casing and crown molding, according to specific measurements • Make sure corners are crisp, joints are tight, and moldings are level • Installation of cabinets, windows and doors, with the utmost precision • Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines. • Work and provide relief and support to other production areas when needed. • Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards • Year round, Steady Construction work performed at one location inside a factory in Berwick, PA Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Finish carpentry • Understand construction measurements and basic math • Ability to read blueprints, easily understand materials and measurements from the prints and identify potential issues with materials. • Excellent attention to detail and quality in work • Have working knowledge and understanding of all carpentry related tools, both power and hand • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and with a work crew • Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment.
