Shift: Mon- Fri, 6AM-2:30PM, OT Available Pay: $18-25 an hour, Based on Experience Location: Facility located in Berwick PA, Job Description • Cut, fit, and then install baseboard, door & window casing and crown molding, according to specific measurements • Make sure corners are crisp, joints are tight, and moldings are level • Installation of cabinets, windows and doors, with the utmost precision • Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines. • Work and provide relief and support to other production areas when needed. • Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards • Year round, Steady Construction work performed at one location inside a factory in Berwick, PA Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Finish carpentry • Understand construction measurements and basic math • Ability to read blueprints, easily understand materials and measurements from the prints and identify potential issues with materials. • Excellent attention to detail and quality in work • Have working knowledge and understanding of all carpentry related tools, both power and hand • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and with a work crew • Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment. Carpenter with Experience

Description We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Requirements Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of structures and materials required • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge • Cut, shape, and join materials made of wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand and power tools • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using carpenter's hand and power tools • Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings, using paint, hand tools, and paneling • Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements: • Proven experience as a Carpenter • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Proficient in using hand and power tools • Knowledge of building materials, codes, and safety regulations • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork skills Education and Experience: • High School diploma or GED • Relevant experience with carpentry, masonry, and electrical is required • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices • Valid driver's license • Employment is conditional on verification of clean driving record, background check(s), and pre-employment/random drug testing Competencies: • Communication • Technical and mechanical skills • Capable of working independently Available Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) and profit sharing • Paid holidays & vacation/sick time Supervisory Responsibility: • None Work Environment: • This job operates in the field, both indoors and outdoors depending on the scope of work Physical Demands: • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
