Carpenter - Restoration Construction

The Carpenter will be responsible for performing various carpentry and labor related tasks in support of the company’s construction division. This individual will work closely with Laborers, Foreman, and Superintendents on commercial and residential projects to ensure schedules are met and completed on time. • Responsible for assisting in opening and closing of all construction sites including, but not limited to ensuring storage areas and entrances are locked and sites have adequate lighting to maintain security, and cleanup is completed at each job. • Responsible for multiple installations - doors and hardware, kitchen cabinets, blocking for roof parameters, walls, and other related areas. • Responsible for completing punch out tasks. • Responsible for stock control, including but not limited to fuel cans, heating fuel, greases, oils, hand tools, and power tools on site.
