The Carpenter will be responsible for various tasks and projects related to the company’s construction division. This individual will work closely with Laborers, Foreman, and Superintendents on commercial and residential projects to ensure schedules are met and completed on time. • Responsible for assisting in opening and closing of all construction sites including, but not limited to ensuring storage areas and entrances are locked and sites have adequate lighting to maintain security, and cleanup is completed at each job. • Responsible for multiple installations - doors and hardware, kitchen cabinets, blocking for roof parameters, walls, and other related areas. • Responsible for completing punch out tasks. • Responsible for stock control, including but not limited to fuel cans, heating fuel, greases, oils, hand tools, and power tools on site. • Create and maintain a safe working environment at all Triple Crown Corporation sites and attend weekly on-site safety meetings. • Report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to the Superintendent immediately. • Properly complete TCC time sheets via mobile device, accident reports, and any other TCC forms as conditions require. • Assist the Superintendent in maintaining safety, scheduling, and delivery of construction materials by acting as another set of eyes on site.
