They will interact daily with tenants, visitors and other staff while performing construction and maintenance activities. The primary mission of Building Services Construction Branch is to ensure the buildings receive general repairs using industry standards and following all building codes. You will get to work on multiple projects at different locations and learn proper construction techniques. If you have experience in the Carpentry field, you may be just the person we need. We have an opening for a Carpenter Finish and if you are a motivated person who likes every day to do something new, this may be the position for you. Carpenter is more than a hammer and a nail. The chosen candidate for this job will have the opportunity to advance their skill set in carpet, ceramic tile, masonry, drywall, painting and occasionally restoration work on one of our beautiful historic buildings.
