Requirements • Proven experience in carpentry or related labor positions is preferred. • Familiarity with basic tools. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work. • Knowledge of wood stud framing techniques and various tasks installation methods. • Basic understanding of construction. • Experience with building, siding, and renovating is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
