We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for the precise installation of trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fine woodwork in new construction production homes. This role requires a fast pace and craftsmanship, a strong eye for details. Key Responsibilities: • Measure, cut, and install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and other millwork. • Install doors, windows, and frames with precision. • Install built-ins and stair rails • Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards with attention to detail and finishing touches. • Operate and maintain woodworking tools such as saws, nail guns and hand tools. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines. Requirements: • Proven experience as a finish carpenter or similar role. • Having your own tools is preferable. • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to carpentry. • Ability to read a tape measure accurately. • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. • Good physical condition and stamina. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as required by project site). • Cell phone required Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with finish carpentry and cabinetry in production homes residential/commercial finishes. Work Environment: • Job sites may include residential homes or commercial buildings. • Location of job sites can change daily.
