The Finish Carpenter will play a crucial role in enhancing the appeal and functionality of various projects through expert craftsmanship. Duties • Leading and managing a crew • Problem solving and productively maintaining a proper work flow • Install various types of trim, moldings, and cabinetry. • Restore and repair existing woodwork to maintain quality and appearance. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. • Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Requirements • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, builders, supervisors, and team members. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with carpentry work.
