This role requires proficiency in traditional carpentry, coupled with the flexibility to undertake a variety of construction tasks. Key Responsibilities • Carpentry & Framing: Construct and install wooden structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases. Perform finish carpentry, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurately execute project plans and specifications. • Material Handling: Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise dimensions. Select and source appropriate materials for various tasks. • Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor promptly. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
