Overview The Laborer position is responsible for safely performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor as assigned. Job Responsibilities • Perform duties as assigned. • Work closely with Foreman and team members to ensure construction projects are completed to specifications and in a timely manner. • Carry out construction projects, which may require the operation of a variety of hand and power tools. • Maintain a clean job site, pick up all tools and equipment, and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. • Unload and load construction materials. • Must be flexible and willing to learn and use new skills quickly. Education and Experience • Previous experience in construction work or equivalent experience preferred. • Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies preferred. • Will ing to work long hours if necessary. Skills and Specifications • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
