Primary Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry work per specifications and blueprints. • Construct, install, and repair wood structures and fixtures. • Assist with concrete, tile masonry and roof repairs. • Use power tools and hand tools safely. • Lift heavy materials as needed and assist with restoration projects. Qualifications: • 1+ years of carpentry experience. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics. • Skilled in carpentry, concrete and roof repairs. • Proficient with power tools and hand tools. Education and Other Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • OSHA 10 certification (preferred). • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
