We are hiring field personnel for a project in Fallon, Nevada. We are in need of carpenters, general laborers and drywallers to performs tasks involving physical labor on a team and/or individually to assist in the successful and safe construction activities at a jobsite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Report and work under the direction of Superintendent • Perform tasks as directed • Punch work as needed • Construction Site Cleanup as directed • Traffic Control Flagging duties or assistance • Must participate in all safety standards, training, meetings and ongoing education • Must review safety prior to commencement of duties • Must adhere to site-specific safety regulations • Required to wear personal protection equipment Education and/or Experience: Ability to incorporate job-site trainings into everyday work ethic. Desired Experience: Previous construction related jobsite employment. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, field personnel is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The field personnel are frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed at an outdoor job site environment in all types of weather conditions. Work is often aimed at implementing safety fixtures and mitigating typical job site related hazards. Pavilion's projects include mid-rise multi-family housing and field personnel may be called upon to perform duties at heights. Field Personnel will have a primary job site location but may occasionally be required to travel to different sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to extreme. Candidate may be subject to irregular work schedules including weekdays, weekends and evenings.
