The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be required to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. To qualify for this role, you must meet one of the following criteria: A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level; a master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or a combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education. Additionally, you may be eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay and recruitment incentives for certain duty locations. Formal training includes a two-week orientation and 101-day academy at FLETC in Glynco, GA. Spanish training may be required for certain locations.
