Position: Civil / Carpenter Foreman Job Description: Loenbro is seeking experienced, skilled Carpenter Foreman for projects located in the Elko, NV area. In this position you will assist in the supervision of activities to assure optimum productivity and compliance. We are looking for a competent field supervisor to coordinate operations and oversee workers the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project. The successful candidate will have a solid background in Civil site work and Industrial Carpentry Construction. Your leadership skills and your experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else. Crusher Laborer: • "> • Performs machinery maintenance and repairs. • Unplugs and shovels off conveyors and screens. • Changes out screens, rollers, cone liners, etc. • Repairs conveyor problems. • Greases moving machine parts. • Performs crusher machinery setup and teardown, including running cables and hoses, setting up blocks, assembling/disassembling machinery, operating skid-steers to move parts, tarping, shoveling aggregate, etc. • Keeps crusher machinery areas clean of debris and shovels aggregate. • Operates equipment such as skid-steers (and loaders if trained). • Moves excess materials from around the crusher machinery. Plant Laborer: • "> • Participates in daily THINK/TRACK meetings and weekly safety meetings. • Assists in plant production of materials and ensures efficient working conditions of the plant. • Stockpiles materials and feeds hot plant from stockpiles in an efficient and productive manner. • Ensures all assigned equipment is properly maintained, clean, in safe working order, and operated properly. • Prepares plant for operations at the beginning of the season and performs shutdown procedures at the end of the season. • Operates front-end loaders, skid-steers, end-dump trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed. • Performs plant maintenance and repairs, including welding tasks. • Performs setup and teardown of traveling plants at different job site locations as required.
