Senior Project Coordinator

As a Construction Administrator, you will observe construction to ensure conformity with construction drawings and specifications. Your responsibilities include conducting site observations, resolving contractor issues through coordination with in-house staff, and assisting the owner's construction administration manager and senior construction administrator. Physical Demands: This role requires regular sitting and occasional standing. The employee may be required to use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and REVIT is also necessary. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred, along with experience with residential midrise and highrise building types.
