Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Remodeling Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and commercial bathroom renovations, with a strong background in carpentry, demolition, and fixture installation. This role involves transforming bathroom spaces through precise craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills and tools to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities • Demolish existing bathroom fixtures and structures safely and efficiently • Frame new walls and install metal or wood studs according to schematics and blueprints • Install cabinetry, vanities, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and other fixtures with precision • Perform drywall installation, plastering, caulking, and finishing for a seamless look • Apply flooring materials such as tile or laminate in bathroom areas • Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution • Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment safely and effectively • Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards • Assist with site cleanup and material handling including heavy lifting as needed Experience • Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or general carpentry projects within the restoration or construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation • Skilled in trim carpentry, framing, drywall finishing, fixture installation, and flooring installation • Experience with plumbing rough-ins and water damage restoration is a plus • Familiarity with metal stud framing, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco, rebar installation, and electrical experience is advantageous • Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment • Background in construction site management or maintenance person services is beneficial • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary This position requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship on time while maintaining safety standards.
