Key Responsibilities • Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to execute project tasks. • Framing: Perform framing using wood or metal studs for both residential and commercial projects. • Drywall and Finishing: Hang, finish, and prepare drywall for painting and final touches. • Concrete Finishing: Complete concrete work as needed, ensuring quality and precision. • Casework and Flooring: Build and install casework and complete flooring tasks as assigned. • Site Cleanup: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site. • Communication: Convey critical site information to the Site Superintendent and provide regular updates. • Safety Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures, actively participating in safety meetings and programs like the Good Catch and Near Miss programs. • Flexibility: Work overtime, nights, and travel to job sites as needed. Qualifications • Experience in framing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, flooring, and casework installation. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. • Willingness to participate in company safety programs and adhere to OSHA regulations. • Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and travel for projects when required. • Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with construction materials and tools.
