We are a well-established local construction company that has been in business for over 10 years. We do a variety of construction work; however, our primary work scope is residential interior and exterior remodeling. We are looking to hire an Experienced Lead Carpenter. Lead carpenters will work directly with the project manager to ensure projects stay within timelines, manage and train other carpenters on the crew, and make sure all work completed meets company standards. Applicants should have proficient skills in aspects of the home building and remodeling process. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required. Experience leading a crew or job site is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Our general working hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 pm with a 30-minute paid lunch. We provide year-round local work with a consistent schedule. We are a small company, and we value a positive work environment. Applicants are expected have a strong work ethic, the ability to collaborate as a team, and will be responsible to maintain a productive jobsite.
