The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves various carpentry tasks from framing to finish work. Applicants must have reliable transportation available. Responsibilities • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Perform frame carpentry for residential projects. • Carry out flooring installation tasks, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. • Engage in remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces. Skills • Proficient in frame carpentry with a strong understanding of construction principles. • Skills in Finish carpentry. Including installation of interior doors, casing, baseboard. Installation of Tongue and groove, Shiplap and faux and real beams. • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during construction tasks. • Knowledge of flooring installation methods for various types of materials. • Familiarity with remodeling processes for residential projects • Familiarity with Lp siding installation. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to restore and repair wooden structures efficiently. • Keep jobsites clean and free of debris.
