This role is responsible for leading day-to-day carpentry work on remodeling projects, mentoring junior carpenters, and ensuring quality craftsmanship on every job. The Lead Carpenter will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver projects that meet Hanson Remodeling's high standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform hands-on carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. • Lead and direct carpentry crews on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications. • Serve as a mentor and trainer for junior carpenters and apprentices. • Collaborate with project managers to review plans, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project schedules. • Uphold jobsite safety practices and compliance with building codes. • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. • Monitor quality control and ensure craftsmanship meets company standards.
