Route Services Technician - Madison, WI

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, mechanical knowledge, and computer networking. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is comfortable with hands-on work and is willing to learn and grow with our company. Duties • Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair equipment and systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. • Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a voltmeter and other diagnostic tools. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and technical training to remain proficient in the field. • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. • Experience in the field of service technician or a related field. • Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and computer networking principles. • Proficiency with computer hardware and low voltage systems. • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools. • Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to use them effectively. • Service technician certification or equivalent experience. • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fastpaced environment. • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
