Overhead Electric Field Safety Representative - Minnesota & Wisconsin

About the position Responsibilities • Oversee assigned work areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to employees on safe work practices. • Conduct safety inspections and follow-ups related to HSE activities. • Serve as a contact for agency inspections and inquiries. • Assist in investigations of incidents, injuries, and near misses. • Analyze workplace incident trends and frequencies in assigned areas. • Assist in developing and implementing preventative measures based on incident findings. • Maintain HSE performance reporting data for assigned work areas. • Facilitate training and present HSE performance data at crew engagement sessions. • Monitor and ensure regular testing of safety equipment and tools.
