Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. • Repair minor plumbing and electrical issues • Handle carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows, and fences. • Landscaping maintenance • Paint and touch up surfaces as needed. • Assemble and install appliances and equipment. • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. • Maintain records of work performed and materials used. • Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure satisfactory maintenance services.
