The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential maintenance and renovation work, with abilities in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, painting, or minor plumbing and electrical. Qualifications • Proven experience in residential repair, carpentry, drywall, or handyman services (2 + years preferred). • Competence in at least one of the following: carpentry, drywall, paint, plumbing, or electrical. • Own tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license. • Operate as a 1099 subcontractor with General Liability insurance • Ability to lift 50 lbs + and perform physically demanding work. • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
