Job Description: We are an established property company seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our properties are well maintained and in excellent condition. Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. • Repair minor plumbing and electrical issues • Handle carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows, and fences. • Landscaping maintenance • Paint and touch up surfaces as needed. • Assemble and install appliances and equipment. • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. • Maintain records of work performed and materials used. • Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure satisfactory maintenance services. Requirements: • Proven experience as a handyman • Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical • Proficient in using hand and power tools. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Augusta Remodeling & Construction is looking for an EXPERIENCED LEAD CARPENTER!! Our ideal applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.
