Overtime is typically from 6:00am - 11:00am on Saturday, but not guaranteed. Essential Functions 1. Ability to perform proper Weld and Quality check on piece part 2. Welds parts to blueprints specifications 3. Evaluates welds to determine if it is high quality/acceptable. 4. Makes adjustments to welding machine as necessary. 5. Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. 6. Communicates with supervisor, production, quality and other shop personnel for assignments, and to resolve machining or quality issues. 7. Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly, and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. 8. Communicates to co-workers and other team members in an effective way.
