At RLWS, our welders manufacture the toughest scales in the industry. The Welder will perform MIG and TIG welding to satisfactory product standards and specifications, and ensured all items meet RLWS quality standards. This candidate will operate carbon air-arc, pencil grinders, disk grinders, cutoff wheels, and other hand tools as needed. This candidate will layout and fit various parts and assemblies while using various types of welding equipment set up in a variety of positions, such as flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead. The Welder will ensure high quality work and safe practices are followed. Other functions as assigned. This position will work Monday - Friday with the core hours of 3:30 pm – 12:00 am, with overtime as needed. (Training is done on 1st Shift.)
