Welder (MIG & TIG) — Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication We’re a tight-knit, high-performance metal shop looking for a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to help us build with precision, pride, and polish. Welder, 1st Shift (M-F, 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)

Welders are responsible for performing strategic welds on aluminum and steel to create structurally sound products per AWS code. Tig Welder

JOB TITLE: TIG WELDER POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently hiring a TIG Welder to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves precision welding of aluminum and stainless steel components ranging from .090” to 1” thick. You’ll be responsible for fabricating staging elements such as platforms, railings, and risers, using blueprints and weld symbols. Occasional support in assembly is also part of the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel. • Fabricate custom components for staging systems and venue infrastructure. • Read and apply weld symbols and blueprint specifications. • Assist in assembly processes during welding tasks. REQUIRED SKILLS • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in TIG welding with aluminum or stainless steel. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and weld symbols. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in custom TIG welding, especially on railings. • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential is a strong plus.
