Principle Duties & Responsibilities: • Execute high-quality FCAW welding processes on structural steel. • Set up and adjust welding equipment as required for specific tasks. • Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead • Fabricate, drill, grind, and assemble bridge girder components per project specifications. • Perform FCAW welding and other assembly operations to meet production standards. • Utilize tools, clamps, and fixtures to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • 1+ years of experience in welding; FCWA required • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Commitment to work safety and actively participating in our safety culture • Quality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performed • Willingness to learn and contribute to the success of your team • Adherence to maintaining a great attendance record and dependability! The Fabrication Welder will use the blueprints along with other data, such as work plans, to develop and design their welding projects.
