The successful applicant should have welding experience, able to read drawings, follow written and verbal instructions, be a problem solver. Job Description · Performs own setups and/or works from part prints and/or job specification. · Assembles components in a accurate and efficient manner. · Checks results for conformance to print and/or specifications and makes necessary corrections. · Has the basic knowledge of blueprints, read measuring instruments such as tape measure, calipers, etc. and understand fractions and decimals. · Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. · Run and operate forklift. · Operate hand tools, press brake, band saw, grinder, and plasma cutter. · Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items (50-75 lbs.) and able to stand or be in physical demanding positions for long periods of time. · Team oriented · Ready for new challenges as no two days are the same. · You take ownership, accountability, and responsibility. Welder

Job Title: Welder Job Description The role involves studying blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and setup requirements. The welder will measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials or workpieces, assemble units according to blueprint specifications, and tack pieces together for stabilization. Welding tasks include ensuring the unit holds liquid without leaking and functions properly. Pre-inspection of units to meet customer and company expectations is required, alongside completing paperwork and unit labeling. Quality Control inspection and documentation via the E2 time ticket process are essential. Responsibilities • Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and setup requirements. • Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials or workpieces. • Assemble units according to blueprint specifications. • Tack pieces together for stabilization as dictated by blueprints. • Weld pieces together to ensure the unit holds liquid without leaks and functions properly. • Pre-inspect units to ensure customer and company expectations are met. • Complete required paperwork and unit labeling, including stamping. • Ensure the unit is inspected by Quality Control. • Assemble and return paperwork to the proper location. • Document all time spent on the unit via the E2 time ticket process. Essential Skills • Proficiency in welding and MIG welding. • Ability to read blueprints and fabricate according to specifications. • Experience in grinding and blueprint reading. • Competency in using a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year experience as a welder. • Ability to bend, twist, and stand throughout the duration of the shift. Why Work Here?
