Job Title: Welder Job Description Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and setup requirements. Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials or workpieces. Assemble units to blueprint specifications. Tack pieces together as dictated on blueprints or for stabilization. Weld pieces together to ensure the unit will hold liquid without leaks, or that the unit will function properly. Pre-inspect units to ensure customer and company expectations have been met.
